For Immediate Release

Washington, DC. . April 15, 2003

Bicycling Through History disk #3 is not released yet.

"Putting foreign language tracks or subtitles on a DVD is not as easy as we thought," says Robert Weber, producer of the series. "We got the translations, we made some progress, but it just was not coming together as we had hoped." Disk #3 of the series, Bicycling Through History, was supposed to be ready in December 2002. That deadline slipped by. It appeared that the third disk in the series might be ready by March 2003. That schedule was also abandoned. "We simply need an extension," said Weber, "We are obviously missing the deadline, so we just ask for more time like we would have to do with the IRS." Priorities are important to small businesses. This young DVD production operation has to decide whether it is more important to stick to a schedule or release a better video product. Since this not a monthly publication, or have subscribers who expect a copy on time, the publishing schedule can adjust. "At least we did get our tax returns filed on time," says Weber.
